What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and message.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, add you to an interest list you requested, or send emails you opted into. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Companion Workbook registrations

When you request the Companion Workbook, we store your first name, email address, registration date, request history, and workbook email status. These records are private and accessible only to Michelle through secure administrator access. Registering for a workbook does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

If you separately choose to receive additional updates, we record that optional consent and its date. You can request that your consent be withdrawn or your registration deleted by emailing mroy@michelleroypa.com.

Spam and abuse protection

To prevent repeated or automated requests, we keep short-lived, one-way scrambled (hashed) versions of the requesting network address and email address. These cannot be read back as the original values and are used only for rate limiting.

Analytics

The companion guide page records anonymous page visits and download clicks. Only the type of event and the page are stored; no cookies, IP addresses, or personal identifiers are stored with these counts.

Your choices

You may ask for your information to be updated or deleted at any time by emailing mroy@michelleroypa.com or through the contact page. Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
